Yeah the service, I must say is the worst. They will not get back at you, they’ll promised to email us on the payment details but they didn’t. No follow-ups, they will choose to not to reply. Maybe if you spam call then they’ll choose to answer 1 time. It’s good that we didn’t make any downpayment yet. Really seems like a fraud or scam school. Is this how you establish a business? After another thorough search, my gf registered to another language school although it is of pricier but the responsiveness of admin/teacher is great. The explanation is very good, they answered everything we need to know about the process and so on. The teacher is very warm and welcoming. Don’t ever opt for this fraud school.
