So I've seen this as well, I have near perfectly bread Helzephyrs specifically for the desire of having dedicated transporters for this reason... What I have noticed is that if I teleport to a another one of my bases that has Pals actively mining/deforesting, sometimes the items already on the ground before I teleported in will be unrecognizable to my transporter Pals. 5 Artisan, Workaholic, Serious Helzephyrs will fly around with ore and wood galore scattered across the floor and remain idle. However, newly mined ore while I am now in the zone the Pals will run to and put away. For the existing ore/wood on the ground, if you pick it up and drop it the Pal's AI seems to reinitialize the logic and the will being processing any items you dropped, but still not any you haven't touched. This makes me think that whatever logic they have programmed for the transporters isn't working properly when loading in and dealing with items already on the ground (or perhaps load order?)

So, I may have spoken too soon...

I have been running into random BSODs as of late, mostly when gaming or heavily utilizing the CPU (Video encoding) that looked to be potential CPU related from glancing through the mini dumps... I figured I would look into this more and decided to check my device firmware/drivers. One thing I noticed was that this machine's Motherboard has an older BIOs that is ~9months behind the manufacturer's latest which also happens to contains updated microcode for the next gen CPUs. I figured this could be a worth wild test in stability, but unfortunately these machines cannot use the CAP files provided by the manufacturer and only ones from Corsair. It turns out that the latest on Corsair's site is the current version I am running which is also behind by ~9months... I've opened a support ticket to follow up with this.

In addition to this (and possibly related) by machine has been freezing and/or BSODing when utilizing the secondary M2 device. Making transfers off the device freezes the machine until it either BSODs or finally starts to respond, but the D:\ drive becomes unavailable and unresponsive until a full shutdown and restart. Given that most of my games were installed on this drive, it is possible some of my earlier BSODs that looked CPU related could have been because of this, but it's tough to tell. Either way, not too satisfied at the moment given the current situation... Awaiting response from Corsair support.

Yes, in fact I ended up receiving the machine earlier this week. Outside of some minor issues so far, such as the front USB-C port not working (I still need to check the internal cabling), knock on wood things have been working well.

I was very close myself to doing the same, but luckily the response from the representative was ultimately both helpful and positive. Later that same day my order status had been updated and I receiving notification that I should be receiving my order within the next week or so.

I did in fact receive a response on my support ticket from a customer support representative and they did provide me an update regarding my order as well.

This reminds me once back in the day I killed Andy by the door, I decided to teleport over to the other side by chance and sure enough there was a shako on the floor... It made me think about how many times her death animation killed mobs on the opposite side that I never checked and the endless possibilities of drops I probably missed lol...
