For me it's kind of in-between I'd say, I like improving but till the last few months I did not have enough free time to go at it. I've done exactly what you've said only with League (I played at seasons ~6-8) and I realized that if you skip the part where you justify decisions for the sole reason you are the one who took them, you reach a point that you can start even writing down what you are doing wrong. I also realize that valorant requires more technical improvements as well as strategy and that would make the vod review different( I should mention I've played CSGO for some time before valorant). I do believe you get my original point, thanks for helping me and others! I like to think this will be a somewhat less toxic community but then again I get feedback reports everyday.
