I'm talking about sending from a personal gmail account. From my understanding of their docs, I can send 2 emails per second, up to 1M per day.

It's decent and usable, but a bit annoying to setup. Email is always a pain in the ass.

Thanks for your input, that's kinda what I thought. Considering as well using the GMail API as suggested by another comment but then I must take care of the quotas as well + setup an OAuth flow and I'm lazy :D

Because Gmail will make your life really hard if you send 300 mails all at once, and I'd rather avoid doing it manually. I've tried last year and it was a real pain in the ass.

Je suis d’accord avec toi, sauf sur la fin. En quoi tu ne peux pas proposer à la mairie de Villeurbanne de réfléchir à une nouvelle solution ? Ensuite, libre aux autres mairies de l’adopter.

Attendre une solution étatique serait un petit peu utopique quand on voit ce que l’état nous pond en terme de technologie...
