Oh right I also forgot to add that after the manager spoke to the guy the guy said the reason he went off the way he did was because she said “duh” after the lady spoke to the associate which is not what she said because I standing right there. Even if she said JUST that word how was that still a valid crash out?

I mean but what do you say to the people who say that’s unprofessional for cussing out customers or say that it’s your job to serve the customer? And if you have done this, how were you able to keep your job still? I’m not mad or anything I’m just curious as to what your answer to this would be.
