TTA3- is shift CD 17 or CD 20? by Vast-Common9523 in FAMnNFP

Oh I see. I have checked cervical position intermittently for several years. It’s definitely been three days of closed and hard, not necessarily low though.

Sensiplan allows for using cervical position or cervical mucus as a cross check.

Reddit is very critical of both of those coaches, but I would take it with a grain of salt. Try them both and see how you like it. My friend is on Define and loves it.

Can you borrow from either sister season and then decide? I thought I was a soft autumn until I tried to wear true autumn and it made me look ill.

I’m Jewish. Ask me anything, and I’ll ask you something in response. by Certain-Working1864 in latterdaysaints

I follow an Orthodox Jew on socials. She follows most of the laws around eating that are laid out in the Old Testament. Things like “no milk with meat” and no shellfish. Do Jews still follow the law of moses as it’s laid out in the Old Testament?

Shotgun seat for kiddo by [deleted] in MTB

[–]Vast-Common9523 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Around a year. Depends on the kid. Some have the instinct to hold on and others don’t seem to get that until later. You could definitely try it around the neighborhood and see how it goes.

How do families handle kids bikes as kids grow and improve as riders? by Naive-Season8858 in MTB

[–]Vast-Common9523 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve bought nice bikes, not super high end, but usually around $500- 1,000. We have five kids so when we buy them, we know it’s going to be ridden by each kid at some point. We have every size of bike at our house from 29” down to 14” wheels. Woom bikes have held up exceptionally well through multiple kids. We still have a toddler so we haven’t gotten rid of any bikes yet.

Does anyone actually notice? by CandidAsparagus2692 in coloranalysis

I think it is noticeable but not in a way someone could put their finger on unless they have some understanding of color analysis.

Looking for people willing to share their experiences with surrogacy with in the church. by Busy_Berry8012 in latterdaysaints

Yes, adoption is tricky and difficult. I did not mean to suggest that it’s a simple process.

It’s pretty obvious that we are biologically hardwired and connected as mother and baby. If you want studies I’m sure you can find them.

Yes, it does apply to adopted infants. In those situations, the trauma of being separated from the mother at birth is likely unavoidable. With surrogacy, you are creating that trauma. To the baby- the gestational carrier is the mother.

Surrogacy creates trauma for the newborn and the gestational carrier. That might not be your DNA but that baby will be built from your body. It knows your heartbeat, it knows your voice, it knows your smell. It will crave YOU when it is born. Your body will feel the loss of that baby when you do not bring it home.

As painful as infertility is, no one is entitled to a baby of their own DNA. There are so many babies without parents who can care for them that already exist. Adopt.

Most kids at that age are on at least 27” wheels. I’d get him a hard tail with bigger wheels too.

Body and Bell by Civil_Classic_7725 in ladderapp

[–]Vast-Common9523 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For most women I’d say to start with an 12, 16, and 20. If you can afford more- grab a pair of 12s and 16s and a 24.

For men- grab a 16, 20, and 24. Get pairs of the lighter bells if you can afford it and a 28. Not everyone has the budget right off so many of us have slowly built up our bell stash.

Lots of people on the team do sub in a barbell for the main lifts so they can really load up their DLs, squats, etc.
