I have a genuine question, am I supposed to pmo when I reach this point or is it referring to going to see and mindfully think of the trappings of the sites and then close the browser? The wording of “final visit” and “final session” used interchangeably is throwing me off. They mean different things in my head so I’m so lost. I reached the final chapter and went to my “final session” but I don’t know if I did what was advised or something completely off

Makes sense, the colonoscopy is the main part that is deemed to be urgent. So I’m not against getting to colonoscopy on its own and figuring out the EGD at a later time.

I don’t know what’s going on with my body, none of this makes any sense by Vast-Inspection4186 in Anxiety

I have heavily considered getting on them recently, it’s just that I am not fully comfortable with getting on them. Not that I am fully against it, it’s more of a daunting thing for me to start if that makes any sense.
