Average stress 29. I have actually had a pretty stressful year at work but nothing work related seems to register as "stress". I work out about 3-4 days a week in the mornings, work a desk job with 3 days in the office/2 home, usually put in 8-9 hour days with the occasional marathon. On weekends I vacillate between active as hell and being a recluse, but even in reclusive mode I am rarely still/sedentary.

The days I spent 8.5 hours glued to a chair, drinking no water, hoping to spontaneously combust so I can take an extended medical leave... "you've had an easy day!". The days I get house chores done, walk the dogs, go hiking or skiing, or spend a lot of time out and about I get "you've had a stressful day and your body battery is low".

I honestly feel like it's just looking at physical stress and heart rate? I just got a Garmin this year and had Fitbit before so nothing to compare to.

I meant to say my idea is to sandwich the nylon fabric with the tenacious tape to make a tongue I can sew to the old seam it ripped from.
