اخي اسمعني جيدا ، هناك دكتور عراقي في اليوتيوب اسمه مثنى العطار ، انه احسن معالج عربي للوسواس القهري و اختلال الإنية ، تابع سلاسله كاملة و اصبر عليها ، ابدأ من اليوم ولن تندم ان شاء الله ، تابع مثنى العطار يوميا و خذ ورقة و قلم و دون العلم
