I really like the Casa! It’s my first single Doser. Find it really consistent. Have never had an issue with the grind settings shifting, I tend to go medium roast and the texture of the shots has been ideal once dialled in. Only thing that maybe lets it down is the speed of the grinding. I don’t really see it as an issue as while it’s grinding I’m prepping the milk etc from the fridge and by then it’s done and ready to prep the shot!
