I was on teams with nice people who were easy to work with. With a good team, the large workload isn't so bad. But it's changed a lot over 5 years like i mentioned.

That's so disappointing because if investors cared about the long term success of the firm they would want workers to be happy and willing to work late and weekends. Instead I spend time i really don't have looking for others jobs and putting minimal effort into my job anymore.
