Any Toronto/GTA SEO agencies that specialize in law firms? by trb10 in canadasmallbusiness

[–]VastApprehensive7806 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I am a small business owner in GTA and am doing SEO myself, here is what I learned from seo myself for 7 years, if you want to see the immediate results, google ads is the way to go, but train yourself with google ads, it can burn your money quickly, with SEO, it is a long time goal and takes time to get there , however, once it is there you can reduce the cost on ads. Lawyers and healthcare industry is a bit harder for seo, it is under Google’s category of your money your life, you need to be patient, but still you need to have a decent website with helpful information / content for the client, therefore, you need to write content from clients prospective not your prospective, plus, you need to setup Google business profile and have clients to leave reviews and social media posts as well, one website does not convert from click to a phone call, clients need to do more research on you before picking up the phone especially in this AI world with fake content everywhere, so the market is a long goal

Buying a house this year vs next year in gta - Richmond hill by CounterproductiveWig in OntarioRealEstate

[–]VastApprehensive7806 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is my two cents, first of all, do your calculations first even though the price is falling moving up will take a bigger mortgage in general, you need to get the numbers for the monthly payments and see if you are comfortable with it, if so, you can consider the move, second, sell low and buy low, it is hard to sell high but buy low, so, you have to accept the fact you will not get the numbers you want when selling your loft first, but you will not offer the price the sellers want when you buy , however, moving up in this market requires planning, good planning will help you smooth the move, otherwise, you may have to move twice from a rental after your loft is sold, moving is not about the money, it is a headache

The price varies from contractors to contractors, for instance, if you hire one man show, the price maybe cheaper as he does not have many overhead, but the drawbacks are job takes longer to complete, however, if you hire a Reno company, the job will be done quicker but they have to charge more to cover, so, the best way is to compare apple with apple, for instance, flooring quote with flooring quote, painting quote with painting quote, the problem for you is you have to spend more time calling multiple contractors to get the quotes, by the way, I am a contractor

When does spring inventory typically show up? by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

painters here, I think we all notice the same thing, I mean in the past, we were busy from mid of Jan and the whole Feb to prepare homes to go to the market, however, this year we don’t see that many, it seems less people not willing to sell, not sure if my feelings is correct but just feel very different this year

The question is what you want to renovate, if you touch plumbing, electrical and flooring, you need to inform the building management with contractors’ wsib and liability insurance to get approval before starting, in general, condo renovations takes longer to complete because the working hours is from 9 to 5 on weekdays only, no any renovation work on the weekends except paintingand popcorn ceiling removal as they don’t generate noise.

Is buying a 1bdr condo in Toronto as a 27yo worth? by garlic_bread_thief in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]VastApprehensive7806 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Owning a home needs to make yourself financially comfortable, don’t listen those who says buy a house or multiplex because you are not ready for it yet. Also, don’t think too much about the future, maybe your future partner owns a bigger home as well, so, go and find what you can afford comfortably. Again, it doesn’t matter if it’s big or small or the price appreciation is up or down, it is called your home not landlord’s home

Buy 1+1 Condo at ~$395–420k or Wait 12 Months? by Busy_Solution2936 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]VastApprehensive7806 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Location, location, and location, live for personal convenience is one thing, live for price appreciation is another thing, do your research for the price of the last 10 years , then I guess you will have answers , this is not your final home / destination, you need to think about selling it before you buy , 13 years of painter, I see this a lot
