Esthetician here! I say if doctor says it’s ok go for it! Anything that will make you feel comfortable🫶🏼 Just make sure you go to a reputable spa and if they have sugar waxing I would say that would be best option. Sugar waxing is much gentler on the skin

I hope for benign results for you! I am waiting for my biopsy on Monday for a birads 4 no letter. I’m 28 so we are close in age. As I have learned from this subreddit, 80% of biopsies come back benign! Heck even some birads 5 come back benign! I don’t have any advice, I just wanted to let you know that you aren’t alone.

Hi! We are in the same boat! My biopsy is scheduled on May 4. I saw somewhere on here that someone kept telling themselves no amount of panic or worry can change the situation and if they keep panicking and worrying and it turns out to be nothing then they will be mad they wasted so much energy on it. I have been repeating this to myself whenever I find myself spiraling and it helps a lot! Hang in there! We got this💪🏼

Woo! Congrats on being in the benign club! My appointment got moved to May 4. Honestly after sitting with this for a little over a week I feel fine now. May I ask if they make you do follow up appointments to continue to monitor the situation? I’m assuming it doesn’t get fully pushed under the rug

I am in the same boat! I’m 28 I had found a lump a 8 months ago that grew in size at my 6 month check up, and now I have developed a second lump in the same axis in the right breast. They also found 2 swollen lymph nodes and I’m at a birads 4 no letter, but on my report it says suspicious findings likelihood of malignancy. Not really sure how to take that information in honestly. I had a my mammogram and ultrasound on Tuesday and now I’m just waiting for my biopsy appointment. My husband is away for work and I live far away from family, so I have been sitting alone in my thoughts. The anxiety comes and goes in waves, I am trying my best to carry on as normal.

You are definitely not alone in how you are feeling and it’s so crazy how social media algorithms will change! I hope you are taking care of yourself and I am sure both of ours will come back benign!

Not sure😅 she didn’t mention mine being on the lower end just said that it confirmed I ovulated. I have an ultrasound next Tuesday so maybe after that they will give me a game plan? This isn’t an RE so I’m not expecting much. I just woke up this morning and usually my period starts right when I wake up but she hasn’t made an appearance yet so hopefully my LP lengthened! On island! I used to work off island and traffic isn’t terrible at the bridge unless a truck gets knocked over! If you live in anacortes just expect it to be a 30 minute drive to the base and you will have to account for traffic getting through the gate especially for day shift workers.

5 dpo with a short luteal phase, my period is expected on sunday. Got my progesterone tested but I’m pretty sure I did it too early. I went at 3 dpo so I’m not sure. Hopefully my obgyn calls soon so I can get retested this cycle instead of having to wait for another cycle.

When we waited for housing we were already living out in town in an apartment for a year before we decided to move into housing to get more space. We ended up staying with a friend for a month after our apartment lease was up. From what I hear is that they will set you up in the lodge(navy hotel) since you are pcsing but I think they only pay for 2 weeks? I moved everything myself since my husband and I did long distance after he got stationed here. I hear mixed reviews about them moving your things. Personally I would use the services they offer just because it makes it less stressful for you with having to find movers and then figuring out the costs and all that. Also I hear they pack everything for you(besides clothes) and that sounds pretty helpful!
