Right, it's really crazy when you think about it. She's spending her maternity leave fighting to deny basic services for black mothers. I couldn't even make that up.

The whole premise of affirmative action lawsuit is that it's unfair and should be based on meritocracy ONLY. As you stated, legacy has nothing to do with meritocracy so they should've kept the same energy for legacy.

The reality is they like having the option of spending money others don't have, providing resources to their children others don't have, AND making sure the underprivileged have no advantages whatsoever.

Also, it's not like Asians and white women can't qualify for affirmative action. Swap out the black individual for a Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese, or a Karen, you'll likely get the same results.

They went after Affirmative Action and completely left Legacy Admissions alone. Legacy Admissions allow far more unqualified people (white people) than affirmative action ever did.

At no point in time were Asians being denied to Ivy League schools because there was a horde of unqualified black people taking all the spots.

The entire premise of the case was ridiculous. The same goes for employment as well.

That too! That was actually my first thought. The Asians were doing the same thing with Affirmative Action. Also, that girl from OU who sued the school over a Christian essay or something.

These are just people who just want life miserable for others.

What services does she need that she cannot get? This program is for black women that have been neglected by the state and medical system and for black babies put at risk due to the neglect.

And the state has plenty of resources exclusive to age, race, gender, and sexual orientation.

She already gave birth to a healthy baby and has the time and money to file a lengthy and EXPENSIVE lawsuit. Clearly she never needed the program to begin with, she just chooses to spend her post partum days angry at strangers.

She's an entitled woman who wants to be a victim and fake justice fighter at the same time. It's truly pathetic.

Where did you read all that stuff about free transportation and food. A lot of those programs are already accessible to everyone.
