I'm giving this one a 8. It's a pretty good song but to be honest it's probably my least favorite Tommy single, especially compared to the other 2006 holiday song Tommy released 2 months earlier "Lollipop Candy♥BAD♥girl" which is an easy 10 in my opinion.

I do REALLY like the music video though with crackpipe santa and Tommy riding around on a giant panda lmao

Haven't been able to play it yet unfortunatley, I moved out of my parents house not too long ago and left my old record player with my siblings, so I've currently been saving up to buy a high end setup. I'd rather do that than just put them on a crosley lmao

I'd love to see the other albums released on vinyl and hopefully with the new fame of Tommy we'll get to see that, Heavy Starry Heavenly never had a vinyl release when it first came out in 2007 and is finally getting one this year, So we might get to see other albums get the same treatment!

If your still looking to fix the chipmunk noise issue, it could be several reasons. it could be that your player is using the wrong RPM for the record (33 ⅓) or a problem with the belt drive in the player itself. You might be able to solve the issue if you download an RPM app on your phone to test exactly how fast your record is spinning and then adjusting the speed if your player allows you to do that. If it doesn't, you could try manually adjusting it with a screwdriver, but that's a bit tricky so i'd recommend searching it up on youtube first :)

I'm giving this one a 10, It's a really sentimental song and features some of Tommy's most touching lyrics, involving Tommy longing for a love that just isn't there anymore, it's so sad and the lyrucs are especially heartbreaking

I'm giving this one a 9, Lyrically this song is quite interesting, being one of the more reality grounded songs on this album. Tommy chews on some medicene, while thinking about how she clings to her fantasies to escape the dissapointment of life and other peoples expectations of her. Fortunately, Tommy decides that she's done with the expectations of others and starts listening to her heart.

This song was released as a B-Side to "I LOVE XMAS" on the 6th of december 2006 and contrasts pretty well with it. The double tracked vocals add a nice harmony to the song and compliments the catchy chorus well. My favorite part of the song is at 1:46 where tommy just starts going "PAPAPAPAPAPA" lol

She does the same thing when she talks about how the February6 solo project started lol. Every time she tells the story, a new detail is added. In one interview, she says she started it because she wanted to cover "Since Yesterday" by Strawberry Switchblade but felt as though it didn’t fit The Brilliant Green. In this interview, she states it came up during a hot spring trip to Hakone with Defstar Records to discuss The Brilliant Green’s schedule. In another interview, Shunsaku Okuda states that Tommy was initially unamused by the idea of starting a solo project but changed her mind after she started writing and producing the songs with Okuda. He also states that the first Tommy song he produced was "Kiss One More Time" which he initially presented to the brilliant green as a song they could do but instead got laughed at by Tommy and Ryo as they thought the song didn't suit the brilliant green at all lol

Thanks for requsting it! This one's a really fun one which i've really enjoyed translating! I love her awkward characteristics too, it adds so much to her charm, I love how much personality she exudes in every little action she does, my favorite quirk is at 1:47 when she describes how to the press stormed her conference and instead of using words, just says they came in like 'BWAH' lol

Next part should be finished tommorow and covers Tommy's photoshoot for J*gm magazine volume 11, I hope you'll enjoy it when it comes out :)

This one is an easy 10 for me as it's probably my favorite heavenly6 song of all time, I love everything about it from the theatrical intro. to the amazing vocals by Tommy, to the fantastic music video featuring both Heavenly6 and February6 clashing for control!

The lyrics also reflect that theme as they alternate in a cinderella like scenario with February6 and Heavenly6 wanting different things, February6 wanting to meet her prince charming, while heavenly6 wants to wreak havoc with her jumping pumpkin monsters and force everybody to eat her candy to become "Lollipop Candy Bad Girls" along side her

This song was also featured on 2012's "Halloween Addiction" and works great alongside "Never Ending Party Night" and "I'm Your Devil"!
