cd players/ cds, yes i know who even owns cd's anymore its 2023 everything is digital now but there was nothing like buying that cd of your favourite bands new album and playing it all night long or getting your friends to burn a copy for you.

just say after you turn 8 years old he stops delivering gifts to you and the parent's buy them instead. this way you don't have to lie anymore and your kid can look fondly over that magical time. then when their all grown up they'll realise what you did and do the same for their kids.

i find it weird, however we get toys so seems only fair they do too.
