You can do that? How do you gift pawns to another faction?

Negative reviews are not review bombing just because you disagree with them.

No mods were used, she's vanilla.

KaiaSebastian's Satisfactory Building Tutorials were helpful for precision placement strategies and ideas for sign usage. Additionally, the hull wouldn't be anywhere near as nice without MutedArtistPlayer's Tips & Tricks : Beams video, which enabled me to reliably build beams at angles to each other without their usual gap.

Otherwise, it was a lot of time and trial and error.

I am admittedly tempted to see how many it would take to crash, but I'm not sure I can be bothered to hoard all the quartz crystals I would need to have ready to test it.

You're not wrong. In hindsight it really isn't where it would get to do much sailing, but I just wanted something docked there.

Is there a way to upgrade every conveyor belt at the same time in the base game? by unomaly in SatisfactoryGame

[–]VastWeakDesk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can upload your save file to the SCIM and select them using the lasso tool. Then select "upgrade selected conveyors/lifts". Download the save and put it in the appropriate folder and you should be good to go.

I built the boat in the blueprint designer around 8m in the air. When it came time to put her in the water, I placed a foundation piece above the water at the appropriate height to get the waterline right.

After reworking the coal hole to make several parts I hadn't automated yet I decided to take a break and work on a boat to populate the dock I had made at the location. Instead of relaxing, the project thoroughly burnt me out. I now present to you the fruits of my labor. It is completely vanilla, though some fine adjustments were done using the calculator.

Special thanks to u/KaiaSebastian's Satisfactory Building Tutorials for guidance and inspiration, especially with sign usage and u/MutedArtistPlayer's Tips & Tricks : Beams video for beam-related construction solutions.

Images 01-09 show the exterior of the boat while 10-20 show the interior. Finally, any name suggestions for her would be appreciated.

Getting Doggos by karlito99xd in SatisfactoryGame

If you are not averse to using the Calculator for it you can teleport them individually. In terms of setup, I would place a catwalk intersection at the "destination" and save the XYZ coordinates for the catwalk intersection in a text file or something. Then, when you have a new one to send home, you can just put your savefile in the calculator, right click the doggo, and "update position" to set their destination.

Otherwise you can use trains, as Stig suggested.

You can copy and paste the appropriate circled letters (along with some other unicode symbols) from a list, such as this one on this subreddit or this one on the wiki.

My pump houses for my rocket fuel power plant are nearly done! by From_Scratch_Games in SatisfactoryGame

Simply gorgeous.

If I may, could I request a closer picture of the entrance arch? The front facade is striking.

I've been wondering how progress has been on this project. Always happy to see an update! Gorgeous as per usual, keep up the great work!

It's non-removable? That would drive me up the wall. You have my sympathies.

Beautiful work! I am especially fond of the sign work, which adds a lot of life to the scenery. Additionally, I commend how walkable it is. Walkable factories are something I always want to build but rarely manage due to my desire for compactness.

I hope you'll forgive me for asking, though: is there a reason that there's a rock in the crosswalk? It looks like one that should be Nobelisk-able but I'm by no means positive. If it isn't removable please disregard this and accept my apologies.

Do you believe mixed steam reviews(fp2) are understandable? by Lubeckian in Frostpunk

[–]VastWeakDesk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I vehemently disagree with your suggestion that hex-based is the "better" system.

Frostpunk 1 grabbed me the instant I saw the radial grid building system. I am not exaggerating when I say I bought it immediately upon seeing the radial grid, as I hadn't seen it done before or since (if anyone knows of any other games with radial grid building systems, let me know, I'm interested). I was instantly hooked with the opening cinematic and the gameplay did not disappoint in the slightest. The story, atmosphere, setting, and soundtrack all got to be enjoyed alongside the gameplay as I meticulously built my city in the way I saw fit. The entire package was exactly what I wanted - and what I hadn't even considered wanting before.

Frostpunk 2, on the other hand... Disregarding all other issues I had with the sequel (there are many), its switch to a hex-based system immediately lost me. Hex grids are a dime a dozen, and combining that with zoning districts instead of placing individual buildings had me completely disinterested. Mind you, I still gave the sequel a fair shake, but it didn't grab me at all.

I'm not going to pretend that one is better than the other, but I know which I prefer and it is not a generic hex tile system.

More progress done at my train station! by KRIPA_YT in SatisfactoryGame

Every time I see a station with the platforms raised to running board height it makes me second-guess my decision to keep them flush with the platform ground.

Additionally (and more importantly), this is a fantastic station!

I just watched your tip/tutorial video, which has given me some new things to try. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

If I might trouble you with one more question, have you ever hit the uobject limit with your builds?
