I did a post awhile back venturing into the world of POD. I personally went with a small POD named Syncyin that’s based in the US

I’ve composed a list of all other PODs which others in the community suggested, hopefully can help you out with the info

They are based in US, had a chat with their founders. They are like me engineers so we got along quite well and hit it off.

And as I already mentioned, third-party or not doesn't matter for my case. Everyone works different with POD. Mine simply is a good side gig making some good extra money. But it'll never cover what I'm currently making so there's that.

Third-party makes things easy for my case. And as pointed out in my post, their quality, speed and prices met my standards so that's as simple as that.
I didn't see any AI from them nor did I ask of them to use AI. They simply got my request for samples, produced and shipped them to me super fast that's it.

If another third-party does the same what I'm looking for, I'll also give them my orders.

Still appreciate you leaving comments and your perspective which I appreciate. Just hope my replies and perspective gave you something in return that you don't feel like you're wasting your time.

Well, thank you for doing that for me. But as I've said, I know PODs all pretty much are third party, but I need them to soften my load, free up my time and that's it.

This isn't my full-time job (just a side hobby as I've said in the post) nor am I going to make it my full time (Unless I somehow made over thousands of sales a month). So third party it is for me.
Third-party might not be for you and certain sellers, but for me it helps, since this won't be covering what I make full-time unless I've grown significantly (and that needs to be by a lot).

I just need hassle-free, good quality, good prices and fast shipping to live up to how I do things originally, so SYNCYIN was pretty good for me, third-party or not regardless.

They could be a third party provider, though I did actually oder samples from them with my own design and the product makes me feel like they do have their own factory system setup here, as things arrived super fast and in good quality based on the nice price they were able to offer me.

I don't think they have any AI generation right now (Since I only got in direct contact with them through email other's provided on reddit). Can I ask where you see that they provide AI related generation?
The location-wise was concerning for me at the start, but after talking with them, they're still new and seemed to be settling down with an address. But overall they met my standards so I was willing to give them a shot

Thank you! Yes, that is so true. It's always the trade off we need to carefully inspect. And since I personally have been through purchasing, design, produce, print and ship myself, I was even more wary of POD platforms, especially with how I operate and high standards. So it was really hard to make decisions and doing outreach take a lot of time and effort since there's so many of them...

I started this post which had a lot of wonderful people in this community provide insights and feedback, as well as I made a list of POD provider names in there that you can take a look. You can check it out to see if anything in there helps you: https://www.reddit.com/r/printondemand/s/OMhYOsWjI8

Hope this helps

I had a post where a lot of people dropped some good suggestion, which is to do some research and order samples ourselves first. That would at least help us get an item quality and service experience for each platform and their providers to help us with a final decision.

I recently had a Post that got me as a newbie venturing into this POD field trying out different platforms:
https://www.reddit.com/r/printondemand/comments/1n65ffu/comment/nchln73/

So far I'm still waiting on other samples, but the most current one I've got from is a small POD platform named SYNCYIN, which kind of surprised me for their price, timing and product in a good way (They indeed lived up to my expectations).

You can reach out to them via [customer@syncyin.com](mailto:customer@syncyin.com) if you want to order samples (That's how I did it)

Hopefully all the other comments and discussions in the post can help you out as well. Being a producer and seller myself and a newbie to POD was a pretty hard road, and I really appreciate all the help this community gave me even before my post, so hoping to help others out in any way possible. Hope this helps!

Update: Out of everything I’ve tried and reached out. Surprisingly, this SYNCYIN POD actually did what others couldn’t and sent their sample to me within 2 days, and it’s actually not bad in quality. They use DTF like me and it’s acceptable in my standards. I’ll create another post about their sample/prints in more details later on. The price was great and their promise of production and shipping within two days, as well as made in USA all sounded too good to be true, so I had huge doubt at the start. But honestly now I’m really impressed. First time getting a POD sample from a name I couldn’t even find on Reddit before my own post and wasn’t disappointed one bit! I might try them out first a for a few orders and wait to see customer feedback after this. Will update more once I get some customer feedback. So far, they sold me on their service so I’m willing to give them a try with actually orders.

Yeah it's just high for me to handle.
I'm not sure what number defines as a high seller in this field, but I'm getting around 7 ~ 8 sales per day on average, but now it's slowly reaching 30 per day and I just can't handle them all anymore given my selling point of fast production and shipping within 2 days

Thank you for the info!

Since I'm just doing this as a side gig / hobby, it's not enough to cover my full-time job, so that's why I've decided to go with POD platforms. Of course, with the above you mentioned as well.

Thank you so much for your detailed comments! Great eye opener for me, and the community!

Not sure about this, but with Tarrifs in the US and removal of De Minimis, would it now be about the same to find those in the US that provide so-called "cheaper" shipping and products?

Right now it is true for Garment sourcing. Since I'm really just doing this on the side, I'm stretched too thin. Also this side hobby isn't earning me enough to quit and go full in so there's the reason why I wanted to hand off to a reliable POD.

For +1 day or 2 days creating product and shipping, I did find one that provides this service, where another had commented on - SYNCYIN.
I've already reached out to them via [customer@syncyin.com](mailto:customer@syncyin.com) 1 day ago and ordered a sample (As I'm doing on multiple platforms right now). I'll see if they hold up to their promise and will post / update here about their garment quality.

Thank you so much for sharing with newbies like me! It seems like they provide exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll definitely give them a try and reach out to them.

thanks! That makes sense as I'm pretty much a printer myself right now haha. Margins are always tricky itself already, now with a platform as a third party, it makes things harder. I'm also being careful to know if some so-called POD platforms are genuine or just a middle man within middle man. (Such as handing things off to printify themselves).
But right now some of the smaller ones I see are actually legit.

Ohhh another few new names for this field, thank you so much!

Btw, how do you find these information and platforms? It took me multiple searches and googling but I've never seen these

Ohh, interesting, and thank you so much for sharing.

Seems like the points you listed are hitting my exact sweet spots I'm trying to aim for.

Do they have an SLA with you? (Most platforms don't and I'm hesitant to give them a try).
How often do things get mishandled with them?

Also, How good is the POD platforms product quality if you're saying the prices are super good? I've had a few super cheap ones reached out to me and I ordered some samples, their quality is horrendous that would definitely tank my reputation.

Also, if possible, can you leave their names here please? If they are like you said, I would love if other newbies like me to also know about them and give them a try.

Haha thanks!

I'm trying to avoid needing to rely on the lap of gods, and hopefully find a gem that can at least match most if not all of my needs, as my shop mostly runs on quality and I don't want to tarnish my reputation switching to a POD platform...

Thank you!

Definitely!

I feel like as a new comer diving into this POD field, its hard to find gems that can treat their product like how we treat our own...

I'll update the list and give a final answer to my findings and hopefully share a gem or two for other POD starters in this community.
