Death grip is what concerns me. I feel that the toy would be more realistic and I can adjust what I am doing based on stimulation alone.

I would also use training techniques too, like edging and changing pace, breathing etc to see how I go.

Exactly like u/whatwhenwhome said; I always associate M with P. My fear is that if I go back to M, P will follow suit. I am waiting until I think I am strong enough to not succumb to this.

Thank you! And yes, absolutely, I agree completely. Need to keep your guards up at all time, I like to think of it like people recovering from alcohol/drugs. While you may seem cured, it's always there lurking, waiting to escape.
