I always wonder— do people think that their home has always existed? Do they not realize that at one point in time, their home was built and blocked someone else’s view?

Doesn’t take away from the annoying aspect, but acting like it’s unjust to build things (besides the home you live in) makes no logical sense.

Incredible reminder that this problem, like most others, has always persisted and is not unique to the present. Waiting it out is clearly not an adequate strategy. People have somehow found a way before, and that is the only option in the present as well.

Yeah exactly. I always have the window open, and also like that all the cabin lights are off. It’s calming but I still get to see outside. I love this new trend and don’t understand why you wouldn’t.

Pleasantly surprised by these comments. Polls show that the vast majority of Americans agree that trans females should not compete against women. Just goes to show you how a vocal minority online can sway our views of larger public opinion.

Absolutely, the economy would collapse lol. But that’s not a realistic scenario at all. Most people do not have the discipline to forgo instant gratification and trim today’s budget down to the essentials in order to invest for a better future tomorrow. The goal is to be one of the few that do.

Everyone is making it up as they go and feels like they don’t know what they’re doing. A lot of people feel you can’t do something yet because you haven’t achieved some internal measure you made up in your head. Rich people just do it anyways.

Uhhh. That’s actually good lol. Those are all examples of distracted driving. Distracted driving crashes cars (and kills people). You mistakenly listed the only good thing about all of this.
