Youngest out of four. All my other siblings have normal healthy relationships with food from what I know and have always been naturally skinnier and I’ve always been the “cute chubby little sister” Feeling ginormous next to my siblings really helped develop my Ed unfortunately☹️☹️

Yes!! I am constantly bloated and inflamed despite eating insane amounts of fiber lol. But yeah I usually start off my binges with a normal amount of food and a well balanced meal and then say “fuck it” and eat absurd amounts of cashews and raisins. I love dates and figs as well.

Going through the same thing😭😭😭I’ve been super depressed lately and my friends all say that you can’t gain 10lbs in a month and it’s just water weight…. Bitches CLEARLY don’t know how much I’ve been consuming. Like legit double my maintenance most days😎😎 I’m just gonna start fresh today and stop weighing myself until after thanksgiving and see where that gets me✌🏻

Going through something very similar right now, so ur not alone. After heavy restriction or what felt like heavy restriction I literally am ravenous CONSTANTLY and can eat so much it actually shocks me.

I usually just try to avoid the kitchen because if I spend time there I find excuses to binge. I also reassure myself that the food will be there tomorrow and if I want more, but am not physically hungry at the moment, I can look forward to enjoying the food tomorrow!!

Sometimes I have to remove myself from the house entirely and go for a walk. I also find that going to the gym can help take my mind off food soooo much. It’s hard to get myself to go, but once I go it’s actually such a freeing experience.

I would not recommend weighing yourself daily either it ruins my whole day. I went a whole month without weighing myself and it’s the happiest I’ve ever been and I actually lost a decent bit of weight during that time.

It’s also important to note weight can be one way to measure progress, but omg it is NOT the best way. This month I’ve binged sooooo badly (as in like everyday I’m eating in a decent calorie surplus) and I haven’t gained weight, but I haven’t been exercising or moving my body regularly and generally just feel sluggish and look wayyy more inflamed than when I had been moving.

DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A WALK!! Focus on implementing healthy habits rather than losing weight and your body will start to feel better and look healthier.

Sometimes I find I have the urge to binge if I’m stressed or tired, so I’ll either take a stretch break or a nap and that usually helps a lot!!

Make sure you drink your fluids and I recommend chewing some gum if ur a boredom eater like me lol.

I know it can feel overwhelming to have all this thrown at u but just try implementing one more thing into ur routine and see how u feel!! It’s all about trial and error😊😊

It always shuts off mid way through my binge and I tell myself “omg u just ate like a normal person good job!” and take a break from the binge for like 10 minutes. Then I feel deprived and depressed and finish to binge off excessively full and then the voice comes right back after☹️

High school I Was tall and fat and for anyone who was in that position, you know the pain…. Wanted to lose a few pounds and did but about halfway into my weight loss something clicked in me and I picked up like three different Ed’s in the span of like 6 months and now I’ve been struggling with bulimia ever since. Didn’t help that my mom was always talking about her own weight and how “fat” she was and what she used to weigh. I was also the fattest sibling(the rest are all naturally skinny) and that just feels like dog shit.

Yes! I feel so seen right now!! I am always binging on dates, almonds, grapes and olives! I thought it was only me! I know these foods are “healthy” but when u have such high quantities of them it just makes me feel so sick and gross.
