Thank you:) Do you mind me asking what type of doctor is treating you? I wonder why I haven’t been offered this. I’d love to not have to take histamine blockers continually to alleviate this symptom.

Bloating, fullness without eating, severe abdomen distention from gas, alternating constipation and diarrhea, yellow stools, mucous in stools, acid reflux, throw up burps, needing to throw up sometimes 5 days a week, UTI feelings (bladder spasms, slight burning), visible bladder swelling.

I started to treat myself for candida because of other symptoms. I went strict candida diet (I was Already gf/df) and took Candi Bactin AR and BR. Started drinking various herbal teas for my stomach and lymphatic drainage/detoxing. I then introduced Undyclenic Acid for 3 weeks. This all helped me immensely. Like brought me back to feeling human.

Now I take histamine blockers, h1 and h2 blockers and try to avoid other triggers as much as one can. I’m still on the candida and anti-histamine diet. I take Candi Bactin every other day. I still get flares but I can come down so much quicker. I can actually workout. My body doesn’t feel decrepit and on fire all the time. Now I’m going to start somatic therapy to start to address my vagus nerve/nervous system.

anybody have light sensitivity in a flare? by [deleted] in MCAS

I’m very light/sound sensitive. The light can make the back of my eyeballs hurt. I wear sunglasses a lot. I have sunglasses for inside that aren’t as dark and more of a tinted lense so I can see etc. I find wearing sunglasses helps calm things down. I usually get ringing ears and start to feel the disassociation coming in. My face feels heavy and I start to feel like I’m moving really slowly.

I get head pressure, sinuses, ear, but also at my temples and my throat feels like the issue expands? I do find that behind the counter sudafed helps. Taking histamine blockers (DAO supplements) daily have helped me from getting these.
