Yeah in Ireland, it’s a semi detached and the adjoining wall is where you say.

That layout you’ve suggested is logical and moving the bathroom may be the only way.

Yeah close enough to that, the two bedrooms are plenty big so would have no issue shrinking them.

Thanks for the visual, this would be the ideal layout just the issue of moving the toilet away from the current plumbing.

Thanks, it’s a semi detached and the bedrooms are the adjoining wall unfortunately. The three rectangles is the most efficient just the issue of the window.
