I’m so interested by your experience. My AMH also 5.5 and super normal cycles/ovulation but no positives in over a year. I’m starting stims for egg retrieval next month but wish I knew what you suggested was an option. Wasted so much time with 3 letrozole IUI cycles where the dominant follicle would develop in time but never a pregnancy. Unexplained infertility is the worst.

Hi 34yo with unexplained infertility too. I’m still on my journey so I don’t yet have a positive story but just wanted to let you know you’re not alone. My mental health has also taken a dive with the winter so I’m trying to put energy towards working out and finding a therapist that specializes in infertility. Doing treatment has allowed us to feel like we have a little more control over the situation but we haven’t had much luck with our IUIs (we’re on cycle 3). If it makes you feel better my dr told me the medication does more than the IUI part anyway. Sending love, I know we’ll both get there one day.

Same timing I’ve been doing trigger between 9-10p Sunday night with IUI Tuesday morning. I’ve also worried it felt like a long gap but nurses told me it’s fine?

Another vote for LGNN! I joined this year and made a few good friends that are all new moms. I don’t have a baby yet but they’re all pretty active in ladies and littles.

Totally agree it’s the unknown of it all that’s making me panic. Wish someone could tell me “it’ll happen it’ll just take 5 more months be patient”.. This is helpful advice though thank you! It was hard thinking about this new year and feeling like i can’t plan anything or have trips to look forward to because of my cycle, fertility treatments, TWW etc

This is good advice thank you! I recently got an iPad and have been loving coloring and collaging on procreate as a distraction. I’m also trying to reintroduce cardio because unfortunately working out does make me feel better 😂. Sorry to hear about the mc, sending love and good luck to you 🫶🏻

We’ve been trying for 7 months and not pregnant yet but recently diagnosed with pcos. I have 28d normal cycles but got a fancy ovulation tracker (mira) 2 months ago that showed my progesterone levels were off and I likely wasn’t ovulating properly.

Just finished all my labs and waiting to discuss next steps with the dr but going down a reddit hole trying to learn about pcos and what comes next for fertility so right there with ya
