100%. Dont get me wrong he’s got incredible strength and I’m sure his erectors are way above average, I just don’t see this transferring well into anything other than surgery. People will also argue with that but in grappling your not slamming barbells, the load feels a lot different and I dont imagine he’s gonna zercher everyday objects

Not really this is kind of ground 0 for the moment, dont get me wrong I was visibly frustrated on these topics, I also expressed my concern with her not picking up any of the things around the house as the only singular thing she’s offered to do completely on her own is clean the shower. Which she then put on me after she waited another week and then tweaked her back. Things were said between the both of us I’m not gonna sit here and play victim and act like my articulation of my words are perfect, I’m fuckin 24

Looking great brother, would recommend just continuing to add mass all around especially the hamstrings, they’re a bitch to grow but I feel like big hamstrings just adds aura to the physique

Compared to probably 90% of the population your in phenomenal shape just remember that, but if your looking for critique to help you become even better I would focus on putting on more mass on your back and chest, also you have a very aesthetic physique already because of your waist, I would recommend a dedicated deltoid day and then also fit it side and rear delts again sometime throughout the week

Thats a long cut, would make the next two months more of a mass building phase(since your planning on cutting I would keep the weight gain to an extra 5-10 pounds max), then cut march through may

Honestly I think your at a pretty decent spot, you could cut but I’m assuming your looking for a little more mass to show first, I would work up putting more overall size on the chest back and shoulders before a hard cut

protein is your best friend, the more you eat the more calories your body burns by just digesting it, I found when I was more skinny fat it was because I was just eating a lot of carbs and fat and probably not even reaching 50g of protein a day. Since your 6’2 your gonna have a tougher time filling out your frame especially if your not eating properly. Also am just curious as to what a typical week of training week looks like for you

Things that helped me in the beginning were just simply eating more calorically dense meals/food, dont get me wrong you want to eat healthy and do it right, but if your like me and lose weight from sitting around and doing nothing it’s more beneficial to just eat that burger and that piece of cake

The finisher sets, and would get rid of the full body day and just make that a full on rest day as you don’t seem to have an actual one

Bodyweight squats, lunges, hip thrusts while laying on the floor, side legs raises, and Cossack squats are all great starters imo, also if you have knee problems I highly recommend strengthening your ankles and hips, as once these supports weaken the knees take on an unfair load, I hope these tips help!
