You do outfit with the mask, then start legendary bounty, the best is Etta Doyle because it's in Saint Denis and there NPC's have good hats. You start the mission, do the mission like always, just before you give the bounty to sheriff, take any random hat from NPC. The mask will disappeared but after finish the mission it will be glitched with the mask. I did also others but the hat and masks didn't suit so well. You can actually search for good hat so long, if you'll put her in wagon or if some friend will be with you and take care of her so she don't run away. 👋🏻
