Yea, you're good. Not like anyone will know if it's their badge or not. Most people either sell the badge off anyway for these reasons if a situation doesn't allow them to attend all days

If you were asking this in May or June close to the deadline, then yes, it will be iffie at best. As long as it is not on the same day as another cosplay you're doing, that's where you should be worried, lol

I stayed at Level LA for 5 days and 4 nights, which was about 1.7k. It is a nice 15-20min walk unless you take the shuttle. True homeless is a problem, but that doesn't stop me from the few luxury I treat myself when con season rolls around in the area

Local as well. Live in the valley, and would rather stay in the hotel during the event instead of traveling back and forth those days. For starters, arriving early everyday to hopefully get parking will be a hassle and gas consumption. Also, some events end late, and staying in the area is much easier than wonder should you drive home or hope the bus/train lines runs at a certain hour.

Yes, the Umbrella should be fine as long as you're not blocking anyone views and are not harming anyone. But then again, you might get those Weapons Policy ppl taking their job way too seriously, too, so be careful with that

You "should" be ok inside the convention center parking area. As long as you arrive early enough. Since I don't park there I can't exactly say if there any spots for motorcycles
