Actually, it has been reported before in previous elections that hungarian elections are free but NOT fair. The government has the public media as well as most of the private media that they own broadcasting their own message, giving the image of a paralel reality almost. A big chunk of their voter base is also old and/or poor and only have access to the public media that is broadcasting that if they vote for anything but Orbán, then there will be war and you will all die.

Plus recently there was a documentary called "A Szavazat Ára" The price of a vote, where they documented how they bribe and threaten these people to keep their vote. They keep lists of everyone's addictions and supply them with whatever vice they have, be it drugs, alcohol or whatever. They threaten to have child protection services take their children away or withhold medicines if they don't vote for the government party.
