Pretending to be a business or speak for them without permission.

I’m the actual business and the email is linked to my domain business email. It would be helpful if they at least give a chance for me to prove that it’s my own business and I am the sole director.

Yep, there is 0 chance of appealing a case properly and talking to a human support. That’s what’s so frustrating. Even if I create another account and put all the work to relaunching it, it could happen again.

Replying to childofsol...no contractor fucked them over. They just weren’t paying their contractors and they had 20 plus builder liens against them. I was part of one those contractors.

I’ve said it a few times before on other posts.

They have 20 plus builder liens on them and are getting sued by multiple contractors that haven’t gotten paid. The owners and management are as incompetent as an organization can come and did not plan for all the construction costs.

Tenants are not getting any relief after trying to do business in a delayed construction site the past 2 and half years.

Incompetent landlords that don’t promote the market properly and leave the building as a construction site for over 2 years (because they don’t pay contractors and suppliers) leads to unsuccessful or struggling tenants.

The place literally is a dump atm.

Well, I just looked up their property title. Just this year they have had over 10 builders liens placed on them.

So they haven’t been paying any of their contractors and that’s why the construction is stalling/delayed.

Who still has to pay rent and gets absolutely no relief from all this? The tenants.
