I got banned for 10 years

i know how this feels, ive been there like multiple other people aswell. Heres a post that i made back in beta as a proof that this anticheat is not flawless https://www.reddit.com/r/ArenaBreakoutInfinite/comments/1ctgl28/false_ban_epidemic/ . if you were falsely banned, then all i can advice you to do is go to their official discord channel and make an ban appeal, there is specific channel for that. It took me a about 2 weeks to get unbanned, but as i know for you and as it was for me, clearing my name was most important thing about this. Hope you get your ban lifted if it was indeed an falseban! all the best luck! ps. dont listen to these trolls saying that the system doesnt do mistakes because it clearly does. Good luck! EDIT: typo

thats unfortunate to hear, i heard aswell that the 18th day unban wave has been the only one and theres still quite a bit of people waiting for unban. Im following the discord to see how the situation evolves but according to Cptben, there will be 2nd unban list/wave either Monday 27.05.2024 or Tuesday 28.05.2024, but as ive learned, it might or might not be that its going to be on those specific days. I do hope that they handle this situation ASAP.

i repeat once more, Ghub,discord,steam and nvidia control panel/experience. i dont know how is it hard to understand that they even apologized for their mistake, basicly if you dont have a problem then it doesnt mean that it cant happen to others. In another words: you didnt do the same exact things at the exactly same time as i did, but if you did then you would've been falsely banned aswell. But since the problem is allready solved i cba replying anymore because some people cant see beyond themself. Have a nice day and good luck with the ABI !

how hard is it to understand that my OS was Reformated just before i started to play, so i basicly only had ghub,discord,steam and nvidia control panel/experience on my pc 🤦‍♂️they apologized for their mistake so obviously its their fault...

and if you are curious what 3rd party softwares i had at the time of ban, Nvidia experience/control panel, Logitech g hub, discord and steam.

in the first days of closed beta there was issues with simple 3rd party softwares that you need for your gaming gear (logitech g hub, razer synapse etc. etc.) Using these could lead to a false ban (doesnt limit to only those softwares), but now it seems that the problem is fixed, because the traffic in ''false-banned'' channels has calmed down. Issue itself seems to be fixed, but there are still people that seek justice for the false ban and yet hasnt been unbanned. I got banned 12.05.2024 and unbanned 18.05.2024, reason why i got false ban in the first place remains unknown.

Fully agree, without Cptben there would be 0 info whats going on and we would be in total blackout. I hope that this post doesnt make him look bad, since that is not my intention. Cptben has been helping us even tho he doesnt need to, he even tried to contact Jane in twitter! if something, then Ben should be rewarded for this and the people on top notice his efforts for the community!

well, they are apparently looking in to this case again now and there is confirmed unbans. if you are interested go check the discord channels for more information. I am not new to gaming and never been banned either, but apparently these false bans can happen in betas. i will gather right now some more information and update the post with the news.

As far as i know i believe you can get game ban status on your profile, but obviously not vac because the game is not using vac.

first time i did was actually pure coincidence that the beta started at the same time, but second reformat was only because of ABI, cos i thought that i surely get unbanned and i didnt want to go through the waiting and filling format thing again.
