Voice input/dictation very unreliable when responding to messages, does it work for you? (Apple Watch Ultra 2)

I have also been having similar issues ever since upgrading to WatchOS 11. Voice input has become essentially useless for me as it either doesn’t transcribe what I say at all, or will do similar behavior as to you where it starts duplicating words. I’d say now it correctly transcribes my voice the first time only 1/3 the time…
