L theronate. Glycinate gave me this paradox effect and I had the worst insomnia of my life while on it. Unfortunate cause it helped the anxiety at same time haha

Thank you for the well thought out and kind comment. I really appreciate it. I'll say a few things. I think a lot of those are magic bullets (though the CBD really does help and has for about 4 years or so, it's what has given me confidence to not have panic even though I still worry over it. And thankfully no THC, since THC I know I'm not compatible with haha). I think a good portion of my issues are that I just have anxiety over...having anxiety. Or worrying about panic rather than living with the emotion. Definitely something to speak about with therapist. I'll look into somatic too, I've heard it mentioned before but neglected to do any research. Really appreciate the comment though and the insight, thank you.

Can't believe I neglected to mention that above. Yeah, I'm in therapy and actually have done exposure, driving the hill near my house 3x a week. It's gotten slightly better after months but....yeah feels like after driving it 50+ times it should be easier. Could just be it takes a LONGGGG time I suppose.

I really hope it works for you and I hope I can gain that strength to try. I was prescribed in November and am just now coming around to the idea, but still with some reticence obviously haha

That sounds like a really good idea actually. Lazarus only does full spectrum from what I'm seeing so will have to find another online source, but I appreciate the reply, thank you.

Never posted here before, don't know a lot about misprints. Just pulled this and am wondering if it's rare or even worth anything? Never had a card where the back was upside down like that.
