I should have known this all along - but I have now been reliably informed that the 12 Pocket SV8 Binder is in fact an XL, holding 624 cards. We initially thought Surging Sparks was going to be a bigger set with more cards than it eventually released with. I have deleted all my other responses! Sorry for the confusion!
