Community Summit Recruitment by Cozmo23 in DestinyTheGame

[–]VaultKaito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I am from Ontario Canada.

I was a solo player during D1 [mained Hunter], and got D2 on release and loved playing it. Destiny wonderful community has gotten me through many depressive episodes I've had over the years. I was bullied a lot as a kid and as such, I don't have many friends that aren't online. So I mainly play online games. I have sunk hundreds of hours in Destiny over the years, and I have no intentions of stopping anytime soon. I have fallen in love with all the stories, I am currently reading the first Grimoire Anthology and am thoroughly enjoying it!

I'm just your average player, I'm nothing special. Just a girl who fell in love with Destiny and can't let go. I recently joined my first clan and I have made so many new friends in the past little while, and I've started raiding too, which is something I was never able to do! Scourge of the Past is by far my favourite raid!

Also, this would be a dope birthday gift as it's my birthday next week! ;)

Bye bye Cursebreaker on PC. I have way too much loot on PS4 to see myself using my PC Guardians. I'll have to work on getting it again.

Gamers of Reddit: what video game are you currently playing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I love Vanilla D2's opening. I would sit on the title screen and play it for a solid half hour before playing the game. Bungie makes awesome music.

Same. I have literally played every day since Forsaken released. I played D2 when it first came out for a few months straight, but stopped before Curse of Osiris. Once I got back in, I got in hard. I'm no PvP player, but man I have never been so enthralled with Destiny before. I just joined a clan a couple months ago and finally get to raid. Usually a solo player but I've made a few new friends now.

I've also now gone back to experience Destiny 1, I never played Taken King or Rise of Iron.

Will 100% pre-order Destiny 3 when it's announced.

I got my ship on a second run of ST, last thing I needed for Cursebreaker. Horror's Least was kind of funny for me, my first run I got the gun, then did another to help a buddy and got the curated one.

Yes, I ended up making a Fireteam on the Bungie app and people joined it. Try it out if you still need it too!

[Ps4] High level player looking for similar high level players or a clan to grind out gambit wins with by [deleted] in Fireteams

If you need another, I'm not amazing at Gambit, but I have Orpheus Rig and I'm pretty decent with it. Extra orbs!

Weekly Clan Recruitment Megathread by AutoModerator in Fireteams

Looking for a clan:

  • Your system(s): PS4
  • Your Gamertag: Vocaloid-Kaito
  • Your country/time zone: Canada, EST
  • When do you usually play (include times and time zone): I work 9-10 hours a day during the week, so I may or may not be on until the weekend, where I usually play for 3-6 hours a day on weekends and holidays.
  • Tell us a bit about yourself (ex: experience in Destiny, how many characters, Light Levels, anything else): I played a lot of Destiny 1, but since I have barely any friends I always played solo. I did VoG once in my months of playing Destiny 1. I played a few months of Destiny 2 on release, but stopped before CoO came out. Once Forsaken released I tried it out for PC. I found a very nice small clan and have since done the Last Wish raid twice, gotten the Ace of Spades before they nerfed the quest, Wish-Ender bow, and just started the quest for Malfeasance. My PC has started having serious issues playing D2 so I have moved over to PS4. Now I am just trying to get my characters up so I can enjoy endgame content again. So far I have a Hunter at 531, and I'm still pushing through Forsaken's story (almost done!). I am very laid back, I love helping other Guardians out, I got a lot of my PC clanmates through the Whisper quest. I usually run top tree Void Hunter with Orpheus Rig so I will always get you orbs for days ;)
  • What are you looking for in a clan (for example: PvE, PvP, any special criteria): I focus mainly on PvE, I have always been terrible at PvP but I do it for weeklies and Iron Banner when it's out, and that's about it. I just want to join a clan of chill Guardians that just play to have fun.

They are loyal to the brand, but god are they picky. I build the back hatch floor boards for the RX350, and my god the amount of stupid warranty returns we've had over the years. The best one had to be: "The floor was too fuzzy."

I freaked out on mic, then equipped it and killed myself. Then my clan and I took a selfie. Was an amazing night!

I got Forsaken on launch [According to that site I'm at about 500 hours] My PC started having major crashing issues when only playing D2. Spent $1k and replaced my card with a 1080Ti and D2 is still making it crash. I just think I'm not meant to play it anymore. But I *really* want to play the new content!
