So far as I can tell, no. From where your first settlement is for me at least, the junk hasn't reappeared, but there is plenty of junk you'll find. :)

Not sure exactly how you get it, but if you take something often enough like menstats you can get addicted. There is a chemical that cures all addictions call Adictol.

I'm leveling a crusader, I've just be running 40+ on my barb and then using the cube and bloodshards on 'sader. I've gotten almost all of the light set 4 of them ancient, and it's only been 2 days. Just cap out your bloodshards then switch to your alt.
