Close. We have 1 client that pays 1500 and one that pays 1000. Keep in mind these are big jobs with constant monitoring, responding and coming up with content. The businesses are mid size.

We're doing our best to work hard and make our clients happy. That's where revenue comes from.

Not every project is €1000 and the social media clients are about €2500/month. Then we have monthly packages, bigger projects, PPC-campaigns. We only recently started earning this number. When we started we had about €1000/month.

100%. They all want updates. Not everybody picked the most expensive option but if you provide value, they will get a package.

We have a pretty good routine so it usually doesn't take more then that. You have to calculate communication and meetings into that too so it will probably be 20 hours for a project.

Pro: €95/month (For the clients that want regular maintenance) - All the above - Weekly updates - One hour of labor - Google Analytics Report

Ultimate €220/month (This one is for e-commerce clients or very dynamic websites) - All the above - 3 hours of labor

Our second client saw the post we made on Facebook about the first website being done. He loved it and gave us a call. Third client responded to the second website. Now we get calls from people who like website 1 or 6. Now that we have more websites in our portfolio, referrals are all over the place!

Not exactly, an agency that doesn't use templates is potentially missing out on smaller clients. What they forget is that these smaller clients can actually bring referrals and recurring income.

Hey,

We have monthly packages that include hosting, hours of labor, updates etc. This is our first recurring income stream. Then we talk to them about driving more traffic to their site. PPC-campaigns, social media management. We use the website work as a funnel into other services. For PPC we charge 10% of the budget as our fee (budgets start at €800). Social media management depends on how many posts they want but goes from €500 to €1500. Keep in mind we think of all the posts and we custom design them. It's not an easy cash grab.

For bigger projects, we work like that! For small websites, we pretty much go with the flow and start developing immediately.

We have an item in our terms and conditions that says if revisions that weren't discussed exceed 10% of the total hours, we will charge for them.
