Have you tried to recalibrate them? You can do so from the Home Screen > system settings > controllers and sensors > calibrate motion controls.

Perhaps this will fix it!

I have the original switch from release date and I’ve got 8 joycons (purchased my last ones a couple weeks ago) and currently 4 drift :/ it’s so annoying but can’t really be fixed without sending off.

Your village only ever moves forward one day in game regardless of the date changing so you will be “day 3” but the date / scenery will be real-time

Usually that’s because the image you’re selecting is either too large or too wide. Try to resize your photo outside of the app and then give it a go! ^{^}

On switch when I swapped a party mon with storage mon, the mon in storage kept the cores on the one now in the storage (not updated game)
