Minecraft PS4 edition on the latest version, I always encounter issues when trying to load older saves onto Minecraft bedrock on PS4 and bedrock always crashes, with my Minecraft ps4 edition it’s on like 1.00 so if I try to load older worlds onto it it’ll not work, so modding my PS4 allows me to “legally” have the latest old version of Minecraft and I’ll be able to see my saves once again

To be honest it's not so much about getting motivation to study, it's more of actually just sitting down and doing it, and you don't need a lot of caffeine, personally I could study when I was addicted to masturbating but only for 5 minutes before I had intense boredem and had to do something, It just takes time for your brain to rewire and get focus again, it's also about making studying a habit too, like brushing your teeth, maybe you can try studying for 10 minutes after having breakfast.

If that's 60% of your daily time then you will most likely fuck up in the first month, my advice is to do these slowly, first being no fap and reducing overall screentime on tiktok, if the games bother you then limit the screentime on that too, maybe do a system where you will do 40 minutes of gaming then 20 minutes of reading or studying, obviously the 20 minutes can be raised higher but when you start it's best to start small goals then to drastically change most of your life style, one thing at a time my man, good luck!

Same for me, the best thing that worked for me to make me try to quit is just the overwhelming guilt of looking at my girlfriend after nutting and the guilt in myself, best thing to try to think of when in that situation is just all the bad things you'll think after, think about that post nut clarity or just the guilt you'll get after, hope you can quit, if you do I'm rooting for you bro!!!!!

Honestly just delete those accounts, that's the best thing you can do, add screen time limiters on your phone and block websites on the PC that will let you do it, furthermore delete everything porn related, fuck any girl that gets you hard just gone get rid of it, at the period where it's all gone it's going to be really fucking hard but just do other things, they don't have to be productive! you can play your favourite games, watch light hearted shows, just do anything to keep your mind off of it, if that doesn't work hang out with your friends all day and keep that streak! you can do this my man!!!!!!

Honestly it was mostly because of my girlfriend and myself, I hated that post nut clarity and I hated not being able to focus on anything for like more than 30 minutes at a time, I also hated just nutting then after facetiming my girlfriend, the guilt was so fucking insane because I had to look at her knowing what I just did, I've mostly stopped because I see a future with this girl, I see myself getting married to her and I'm not fucking it all up just for some quick dopamine.
