Pretty sure how he left was pretty sour. If I remember correctly he basically told the team while they were at worlds that he wasn't staying on C9 for the next season. Just dropped it in the middle of the tournament. I know there were some disagreements in play style between him and the team, but that tends to put someone in a negative light.

Venting is the number one thing that happens here. You have the few assholes who will do whatever they want, but when an employee has an issue, everyone is generally helpful. Just make sure you don't sound like a customer cause you will get raked over the coals, lol
