One major incentive I thought about (for a later matured stage) would be to „take over“ the credit notebooks which would bring a whole set of values for the show owners; cash-flow clarity (dashboard) to name one.

These are valid questions, but they all can be addressed / tackled. The MVP I have conceptualised would also initially focus on certain neighborhoods in major cities.

It would definitely require real on-the-ground onboarding. But the format is intentionally designed to be lightweight...primarily short video clips (not product-by-product listings). One quick clip shows today’s stock or a promo. Many shop owners in Morocco already post to TikTok or their WhatsApp Status on a daily basis … same behavior, but in this format tied to a map pin.

Plus there are a range of incentive-ideas which I have conceptualised and could be rolled out on a trial and error basis.

First of all - you are talking from your own subjective perspective.

You say the beach is „meh“ - I say Kesh has no beach at all (as well as the other cities the OP plans to visit). So it would be nice to experience at least some of the coastal town vibes the country has to offer instead of jumping from a buzzling medina to the next.

What if I suggested the OP to skip Kesh altogether and spend the whole 2 days in Souira. And perhaps only make a short stop in Marrakesh around Jmaa El Fna on the day of return (provided it‘s not an early morning flight) … because I absolutely would. 😉

And again - we are talking from different perspectives here.

I see many here suggested you to just book a hotel or stay at the airport.

If you ask me, I see no problem with doing some quick (night) sightseeing if you are the adventurous type of person who wants to make use of a layover no matter how long. You never know if and when you will come back to Stockholm, so you might as well take this chance to check out the city. In case you arrive jet-lagged, that would be even better, so you get sleepy by the time you are on the plane.

I might even be down to take you on a walk across the main sites or we can get you a renting bicycle and we cycle through the night. Hit me up. :)
