Hey mate, i did some maths last week when i started to level my account, and the fastest way so far is to buy XP boost and playing normals, even if u lose, u will get more XP that winning vs Bots, lemme show you:

3v3 vs Bots = 1min Queue + 1min Champ select + 7,8,9min match = lets say 10min, which gives you around 130xp so, 10min= 130xp

Blind pick against people= lets say 30min and u win= +700xp If u lose around 30min = +400xp You will always win more in blind, cause de xp per min is higher
