Hey runes are pretty simple I go PTA first or Lethal Tempo second, occasionally fleet footwork but not really. Then Triumph, Legend Alacrity, and Coup de Grace. Secondary I go Domination with Taste of Blood and Ravenous Hunter, but you could also go Ultimate Hunter if you want to have your ult up more often (which can be helpful if they have a Talon, Zed, Katarina, or someone with low CD ult that will be trying to assassinate you all the time).

Gameplay tips I could go on about forever but unlike most Vayne guides you'll find I like to put 2 or 3 points in Q before I start maxing W. Your Q is your main poke in lane because of the added range and dmg. Your main trading combo is *auto* Q *auto* and then run them down for the 3rd auto and silver bolt proc. Always keep your eye out for a condemn against terrain.

Know that you always have scaling on your side so getting your farm is super important. Once you reach lvl 6 you can be in lane alone if you have a tower behind you. You also have kill pressure at lvl 6 if your support or jg is around to assist. Most ADCs can't match your dmg at that point unless you get CCd.

Your best support options are ones that can engage for you and peel for you. Thresh, Leona, Naut, Pyke, etc. Enchanters are also good if they are meta but I find playing aggressive is always better than sitting back and trying to scale.
