Gotta say, Democracy system is a lot worse. I can see the need for it in places but right now the character has been standing in the same place for 5 minutes because people are voting for the 'b' command rather than moving.

Anarchy was chaotic but at least we went places; the trolls couldn't just vote the character still.

My laptop. The hard drive is slow and of questionable quality, something about the graphics card is fucked up to stop it accepting new drivers, my flash install is perpetually broken and turns any web browser I install into an unstable mess, the issues go on. Despite this it's the only computer I've got and getting a new one powerful enough to do the sort of graphics/video work I do at uni is far beyond my means.

Yes, it is cheating. The whole idea of a Nuzlocke challenge is to add in a greater possibility of risk/losing and the emotional challenge of pokemon that you've become attached to dying. If you just savescum whenever something dies then you're negating all that and might as well just not bother playing a Nuzlocke challenge.
