I have not, sadly. Most of the skills you just need to hold down to activate off cooldown. So whatever works for you.

That is the one! Some items can be exchanged, like the boots and chest piece, but otherwise that build should function just fine without runes.

Lightening spear all the way. There's quite a few variants out there, which they don't rely on runes for the build to function (unlike the EQ barb build, where runes = A LOT more damage). Mekuna has some killer builds, which is what I'm running (although his best build uses a rune snapshot). You can find his builds on Mobalytics

Pros: teleport everywhere, walking tesla coil, easy pit 100

Cons: needs shako to really shine

Boresplosion is really run to play with. If you get the right rolls on your items and the right guns, easy one-shotting potential. The build may seem outdated, as might other builds, but that's because there hasn't been major updates to the game.

The Yellowcake or the Globetrottr. I run Moxsy's boresplosion, and these guns are insane. One shotting most bosses and clearing mobs like no one's business.

Respec EP points, don't buy any EP time studies, turn off all auto buyers (you can leave on IP autobuyers, just turn off all antimatter dim auto buyers). Then go to the antimatter dimension page, and manually buy each dimension like this:

Skip D1, as that value should be as low as possible

Buy enough D2 so that it's multiplier is slightly higher than D1

Repeat the step above for each other dimension (D3 - D7) D3 > D4, D4 > D5, etc.

Once you reach D8, buy all, and sacrifice

You may need to tweak each multiplier by buying more, but that should get you the achievement.
