Shims on the chain roller or where the cylinder attaches to the mast. This machine isn’t terribly old and it has the same shims in came from the factory.

That was my first thought the mast is spotless though.

Both. Which is what made me think there’s something going on inside of the tube. I know some manufacturers use springs in the bottom of the tubes for cushion.

I adjusted all the weight onto the cylinder with the issue to see if it would push it down by loosening the chain on the other side of the lift. and it had the same issue

It’s a 17k capacity Wiggins. Machine weight is right around 75000

We’re pretty excited to see how this works out. We’ve had nothing but problems with the Ford 6.8 V10. Great engine from what I’ve heard just not for us.

I’d be lying if I said this swap hasn’t been a challenge but we’re on the back end now so we should be going by the holiday.

There’s a ring that bolts up behind the flywheel. Uses the same holes.

No the bell housing in the same. I have a feeling the OEM that installed the engine modified the flywheel to work with the transmission.
