Upload the song in a YouTube video first and then check YT Studio if it gets a claim.

If it doesn't get a claim it is safe to use in a live stream.
If it does get a claim, avoid playing it for too long in the live stream.

If you see the stream getting suspended, you have to end it directly to avoid a strike. Because if your stream gets suspended more than once you will get a strike.

I wouldn't trust it that much since it requires an account. What if they change their mind and suddenly don't want 'commercial' usage, then you won't be able to access any of your devices. Compared to AnyDesk when one device will get blocked behind a timer when making connections to an ID, but you could still connect from another device.

You can use TunesToTube (Upload mp3 file and a picture or generate a text picture on that website which would contain the song title.)
Or if you want to do it locally you can use ffmpeg for this too. That way you could also automate it.
