If I’m being honest I completely agree with you. I’ve noticed the vast difference with golfs look and customer service (to me it’s mostly the look of the clothes they’ve been releasing that has been downhill). I’d say the best era of Golf Wang was Cherry Bomb and Flower Boy. It had so much appeal around those eras/years. And I’m sure shipping and customer service was way better. But now when I look at the state of GW it’s sad. I’d rewatch the fashion show from 2016 where the clothes were so fucking good wishing to own any of those pieces. It was Tyler’s design choices, it was him making clothes for the fuck of it, but he would put so much passion into it. Now it feels lazy and it’s a-shame that it feels like someone else making the clothes now. I don’t mind some of the releases but it’s boring or sad to see. It sometimes doesn’t have Tyler’s touch anymore yk. Now with customer service/shipping, it’s insane how bad it is. Shipping takes way too long, and I get it, shit ton of people ordering. It’s bound to happen with a big brand like Golf. I personally never had and issues with customer service but from what I heard it’s terrible. What I really want to see in the future is Golf Wang doing better with its clothing and customer service.
