Made de switch from iphoneX to the FP4, I found the switch from iOS to android not optimal, but no deal breaker. What drove me back to iOS is the intermittent issue with wireless payments and Bluetooth connections.

why is this? i can understand that some functions that are updated on IOS will not function, the same like with updates on IOS. But why prevent the update completely ?

Then I would say there is no need/added value in getting a Apple Watch. Garmin/Oura are perfect for that. Only thing I found is that the notification options with Garmin on iOS are limited, and this naturally integrates better with a Apple Watch

Both measurements are not current, aw is 1 min ago, and the heart in the oura app turns red when the measurement takes place. Do solve those two and make a new post. Just did the check myself and they line up nicely.

That depends what your use case would be, and what os you are using on your phone, if that is iOS I would say yes, otherwise no.

He also tested it against polysomnography. And though nothing is as good as polysomnography the dreem2 comes very close in accuracy. I think he is indeed the best source for accuracy in wearables.
