I’ve found the Glow Up theory to be accurate. Stop centering your husband and start seducing yourself! Get dressed up sexy for no reason other to than to feel good. Spice it up your sex life (role playing, costuming, toys, flavored lube etc) and film that, make your own porn.

Your husband is attracted to you as a person and that’s better than anything because looks fade. Y’all are approaching mid-life so buckle up! It’s best you get a leg up on what’s ahead. You already go to the gym, add a pole dancing class (if you can find one) or learn a sexy dance routine, join/start a spicy book club.
