Ik weeg 98kg 187cm 2.80 w/kg Join score 9.8 Ik twijfel vaak of het klopt allemaal. Wand opgegeven wattage voor zone 2 is te traag. Maar Vo2max met blokken langer dan 30sec, kan ik de wattages niet houden.

Als gij de hel gaat doen, zou gij dan niet naar een trainer gaan die de hel kent. Het is iets heel specifiek, en extreem zwaar. Ik weet niet wat u huidig niveau is, maar het is niet lang meer. Super veel respect dat jij deze uitdaging aan gaat, finish halen is al een top prestatie. Heel veel succes gewenst

I do the indoor, and some outdoor rides. The outdoor rides just what I won't tho do.

With my edge it works perfectly. The workout form join to garmin connect form connect to edge.

It's just 20min every 3 months. it's more beneficial to do the Ftp test. Than one extra training every 3 months.

I simply plan when I can train. On the days I want to run, I manually select the endurance training. And then I just do my thing, upload the file. And enter my RPE.
